RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING REVERSION TO ACREAGE
OF LOTS ONE THROUGH EIGHTEEN, BOTH INCLUSIVE,
IN BLOCK ONE OF TRACT NO. 1472, CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, UPON MAKING SPECIFIED FINDINGS.
WHEREAS, proceedings to revert to acreage subdivided
real property consisting of Lots 1 through 18, both inclusive, in
Block 1 of Tract No. 1472, City of Bakersfield, have been initiated
by petition of all owners of record of said real property; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that said petition for rever-
sion to acreage sets forth evidence of title to said real property
and the consent to such reversion by all owners of an interest in
said real property within the subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that dedications or offers of
dedications to be vacated or abandoned by reversion to acreage are
unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been noticed pursuant to
Section 66451.3 of the California Government Code and has this
date been held concerning the requested reversion to acreage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council approves
reversion to acreage of the real property described in the petition
for reversion to acreage, to wit: Lots 1 through 18, both inclusive,
in Block 1 of Tract No. 1472, City of Bakersfield, and authorizes
the City Clerk to sign the City Clerk's Certificate on said petition.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by. the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof heid on the 28th day of January, 1981, by
the following vote:
