RESOLUTION GRANTII~.~ A PERMIT FOR THE LOCA-
TION AND OPERATION OF A TRAIY,F.R PARK,
WHEREAS, Roy H. Anderson filed a written app. licstion with
the Planning Commission requesting a permit to use those certain
premise~ as set forth in said application for the purpose of con-
structing, operating and maintaining a trailer park on the following
described property:
That property' located on the East side of
"V" Street between Third and Fourth Streets.,
being more particularly described as Lots 2
and 5 and the Southerly 55' feet of Lot 4 all
in Block 8, Union Addition, as per map record-
ed Nay 5, 1889 in Map Book ~, Page 7, in the
office of the COunty Recorder, Kern County,
California,
and
The Planning Commission having held.a public 'hearing on August
4,1954, in the manner provided in Trailer Park Ordinance No. 1007,
New Series, of the'City of Bakersfield, did cohsider said applica-
tion and found that:
(1) Said land is zoned for the proposed. use, to ~it: a C--S
(General Commercial) Zone.
(2) The operation.and maintenance of a trailer park would
not unduly interfere with the enjoyment of adjacent
property devoted to existing .residential use.
(3) .The proposed use would not result in dangerous automobile
traffic congestions.
(4) That the proposed use would not be materially detrimental
to the public ~velfare or injurious to the property and
property improvements in the immediate neighborhood.
(5) That it appeared that all of the provisions of said
ordinance would be complied with,
as evidenced by the Certificate of Findings of Fact-of said Planning
Commission which is on'file with the'City Clerk, and
This Council after due consideration, finds from the evidence
~resented, that all of the foregoing facts are true.
NOW, TEEFORE, BE IT RESOLV. ED that Roy H, Anderson be and
he is hereby granted a permit to locate and operate a trailer park
on the above-described property',

i HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution.was passed
and adopted by the COuncil of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof, ' held on the 30th day of August, 1954, by the follow-
ing vote:
