A RESOLUTION FIXING TRE SiLARIE'S OF
CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
as follows:
1. This resolution is Ipassed 'and adopted pursuant to the
provisions of Section 8 (e) of Ordinance No. '8V9 New ,Series, as
amended.
2. Effective ~une l, .1984, the following named officers'a~d
employees of the City of Bakersfield shall be placed in the steps
in the salary schedules indicated below, to which their respective
positions. are allocated by'the provisions of Ordinance No. 8V9~ New
Series, as amended, and shall be paid the monthly salaries indicated
~below for services performed for the City-of Bakersfield, on and after
June 1,~ 1954, until such time as they advance to the next step in
their respective schedules pursuant to the provisions of said 0rdi-

ed officers and employees and the individual capabilities and experience
of each, and is in conformity with the objects and purposes of the
basic salary plan.

I HEt~EBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
