property located on the~north side of Palm Street, between Oak Street
and Real Road, and
WHEREAS, said real property is to oe used for park purposes,
and '-
WHEREAS, the. Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield has
recommended that the name "Oak Park" be accepted by this Council as
the name for said park.
NOW TEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that the real property located on the north side of Palm
Street, between Oak Street and Real Road'designated for park purposes
be known as "Oak Park".
