FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEFRENTS IN PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 703' IN THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, CALIFORNIA~ AND APPROVING CAREFUL ESTI-
MATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the plan and specifications for the following work
to be done and improvement to be made in said City, to wit:
The construction of Portland cement concrete combined curb
and gutter and one curb return on the easterly side ~of E1 Sereno
Drive and the northerly sid~ of Belle Terrace; the'above described
improvements to extend from a point in E1 Sereno Drive, distant
153.66 feet 'southerly from the southerly line of Townsley Avenue
to a point in Belle Terrace distant. 198.00 feet easterly from the
easterly line .of E1 Sereno Drive, said plan being delineated on a
plan consisting of one sheet, entitled "PLAN FOR PUBLIC' IMPROVE~gENT
DISTRICT NO. 703", and said specifications being entitled "SPECIFI-
CATIONS' 'FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS AND GUTTERS IN PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 703", are hereby adopted as and for ~the plan and
specifications for the doing of said work and making~ of said im-
provement, and the careful estimate on file herein, is hereby approved.

i HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 2nd day~of November, 19~3, by the fol'
lowing vote:
