A RESOLUTION,AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 42'53..
'CORRECTING AN ERROR IN THE SCHEDULE STEP*
AND THE SALARY OF AN EMPLOYEE OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, on the 24th day.of August, 1953, ResolUtion No. 42-53
was duly passed and adopted fixing the salaries and recl'assifying
certain officers and employees of the. City of Bakersfield,- and
'WHEREAS, in said Resolution Lacy E. High was erroneously
placed in Step ~, at a salary of $356.'00, and ~
-WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to 'correct said error
and to place said employee in his correct salary ·.schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that said portion of +said Resolution shall be and it is

hereby mended to read as follows:
