HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 31-53RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE NO. 31-53 WHEREAS, it has been certified by the Architect that the New Fire Station No. 6 located at Brundage Lane and South King Streets, has been completed under contract dated December 9, 1952, by George W. Uhler, Contractor, and has been found to be in accordance with plans and specifications dated July 14, 1952, and authorized change orders prepared therefor by Wright, Metcalf and Parsons, Architects, and adopted by this City Council: NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved, that the completed project be and is hereby accepted, Be It Further Resolved, that Manuel J. Carnakis Mayor of this City Council, be and is hereby authorized to sign this Resolution of Acceptance for and on behalf of the City-Council of the City of Bakersfield, Kern County, and Be It Further Resolved, that Wright, Metcalf and Parsons, Architects, be and are hereby authorized and directed forthwith to file "Notice of Completion" with the Recorder of Kern County, State of California.
