RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
N0.54-52 BY ADDING TEET0 ANEW
PARAGRAPH TO BE NUMBERED 4.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
that Resolution No. 54-52 be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto another paragraph to be numbered 4, which said
paragraph shall read as follows:
4. This resolution shall cease to be ~operative six months
after receipt by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield of
written notice of withdrawal of approval hereof of the Department
of Public Works of the State of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 20th day of April, 1953, by the follow-
