RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
IN THE MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0. 690.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, on the 14th day of April,
1952, presented to and filed with the Clerk Iof the Council of the
City of Bakersfield, an assessment diagram covering and showing
the real property described in Resolution of intention No. 690,
adopted by the City Council of said City On the 4th day of February,
1952, and said assessment diagram appearing to be in all resp&cts
correct and proper and in full conformity with the provisions of
Sections 5341 and 5342 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that said
assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set forth, be and the

same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify the fact and date of this approval,. and immediately thereafter
deliver the said assessment diagram to the Superintendent of Streets,
who shell proceed to prepare and file an assessment in the time,
form and manner provided by law.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 28th day .of April, 1952, by the following vote
