RESOLUTION APPROV!NG AND ADOPTING SPECI-
FICATIONS AND CAREFUL ESTIMATES OF THE
COSTS AND EXPENSES OF WORK HERETOFORE
FILED BY THE CITY k~NGINEER IN TEE MATTER
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 690
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on September 17,
1951, passed and adopted a resolution requiring the City Engineer
to furnish the Council with plans and specifications, together with
careful estimates of costs and expenses of work in the matter of
Public Improvement Districot No. 690, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer submitted a plan for the doing of
said work, which plan was ·approved and adopted by the Council by
Resolution No. 10-52, and
WHEREAS, said ·City Engineer has now submitted for approval and
adoption, specifications and careful estimate~ of the. costs and-
expenses of said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the' Council of the City of
Bakersfiel d, as follows:
That the careful estimate of the costs and expenses of doing
the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 690, passed and
adopted by this Council on February 4, 1952, heretofore submitted
by the City Engineer, is hereby approved.
That the specifications for doing the work described in said
Resolution of Intention No. 690, which specifications are entitled:
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC iMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 690, be and the
same are hereby approved~ and adopted as the specifications for the
doing of said work and making of said improvement..
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Cotuncil of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 2~th day of February, 19~2, by the
following vote:
