A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERING
THE TRANSFER OF MONEYS FROM PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT N0. 631 BOND REDEMPTION FUND
TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, it appears from the Certificate of the City
Treasurer and Tax Collector, dated December gL~ , 1951, filed
with this Council, that there remains in Public Improvement District
No. 631 Bond Redemption Fund the sum of $88.66, and
WHEREAS, it further appears from said certificate of the
City Treasurer and Tax Collector that all bonds issued in said
Public Improvement District No. 631 and interest thereon have been
paid and that there are no charges outstanding against said fund,
and
WHEREAS, this Council does hereby find and determine that
the_ costs incurred by the City of Bakersfield under the provisions
of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915' in said proceedings, less any
mount which said City has heretofore been' reimbursed, exceed the
aforesaid sum of $88.66, and that said sum should be paid into
the General Fund of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Council does hereby
order that the aforesaid sum of $88.66 now remaining in Public
Improvement District No. 631 Bond Redemption Fund be paid into the
General Fund of the City of Bakersfield.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of January, 1952, by the
following vote:

CERTIFICATE OF TREASURER
I, WALTER W. SMITH, City Treasurer and Tax Collector of
the City of Bakersfield, California, do hereby certify that there
is remaining in Public Improvement District No. 631 Bond Redemp-
tion Fund, the sum of $88.66; that said Bond Redemption Fund
was established pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,
being Division lO of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California, for the purpose of paying the bonds and interest
due thereon, which bonds were issued in said proceedings, and that
all of said bonds, together with interest thereon, have been"i'paid
and there are no further cha~ges against said Fund.
I further certify that according to the files and records
of the proceedings in the aforesaid Public Improvement District
No. 631, the costs and expenses incurred by the City in said
reimbursed, exceed the aforessid 8 a aid
sum should be transferred to the General Fund of the City for the
purpose of reimbursing said City for said costs and expenses.
