RESOLUTION REQUIRING CITY ENGINEER
TO FURNISH THE CITY COUNCIL WITH
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, TOGETHER
WITH CAREFUL ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS
AND EXPENSES OF WORK IN THE MATTER
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
690.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, that the City
Engineer be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
and furnish to this Council, plans and specifications, together
with careful estimates of the costs and expenses of the work in
connection with the doing and making of the work and improvement
described in Resolution No. A~_~'J , passed and adopted by the
City Council of said City on the 17th day of September, 1951.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
