A RESOLUTION FIXING THE SALARIES OF
CERTATN PERSONNEL OF T~'E RECREATION
DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF BAEERSFIEID,
CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
WHEREAS, Section 8.1 of Ordinance No~ 879 New Series as
amended by Emergency Ordinance No. ~O New Series, provides that
contemporaneously with the adoption of said amendment the City
Council, may, by resolution, place any employee occupying any of
the positions therein specified, in any step in the salary schedule
to which his position is allocated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following ns~ned
employees of the City of Bakersfield shall be placed in the steps
in the salary schedules to which their respective positions are
allocated by the provisions of Section 8.1 of Ordinance No. 879 New
Series, as amended, indicated below, and shall be psid the monthly
salaries indicated below for services performed for the City of
Bakersfield on and ~je~ , :~w ~ , 1951, until such time
as they advance to e%pi~~n*~;eir respective schedules
pursuant to the provisions of said ordinance:

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
