~tERE, AS,. the Council of I~'~he City of Bakersfield desires to
use the/taxation rolls'of. said City as a basis for computing the
true value of the lands in said'City as provided in the Spocial
Assessment Investigation, I,ir~ita~ion and. I'gajority Protest Act of
!931, being Division 4 of ~b~ Streets' and Highways Code of the
State of California.
NOW, .T}~RFFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, as follows:
That the total assessed valuation for city purposes of all
taxable !sn~s in the city as the s~mne is shown on the last equalized.
taxation assessment roll of said city is
That the corresponding total assessed valuation of the hands
in the city for county purposes as the same is sho~rn on the last
equalized taxation s. ssessment roll of the county, in which said citF'
is situated, is ~'.k14,374,93~.00.
That 1.17 shall represent said correction factor and that
said 1.17 is hereby determined to be the correction factor in accord-
.snce with the provisions of said act.
