A RESOLUTION ORDERING A ~TRiTTEN REPORT IN
CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
FOR PUBLIC USE IN THE E~TTER OF PUBLIC IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 687.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
California, as follows:
T~at the City Engineer is hereby ordered and directed to
prepare or cause to be prepared, a written .report pursuant to Sec-
tions 2820 to 2830 inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State. of California, for the acquisition of property for public
use, as described in Resolution No. 29-51 passed and adopted by this
Council on this date, 'and as particularly shown on plat consisting
of one sheet entitled "Ple.t Showing Proposed 26th Street Opening
Between S. P. Co. GraVel Pit Spur Right of .way and the U. S. Segre-
gation Line", approved by the Council this date, and on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield.
I PUjUREBY CERTIFY that the fbregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at s regular
meeting thereof held on the 14th+day of i~ay, 1951, by ~he following
vote:
