RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESS1/~NT

'~'~EREAS, the Superintendent of. Streets of the City of
B~ersfield, Comty. ~ Kern, State of California, did, on the
17th da~, of April', 1951, file with the City Clerk of said City,
~ assessment to represent the cost and expense of the work and
improvement done and made by ~,~YILLI.~i~ H. SCHALLOCK & GLANViLE
PL~'/,BING COIe~.~, Contractors, pursuant to proceedings had ~.d
teen by said City, under an8 oursu~t to Resolution of Intention
No. 683 adopted the 26th day of December, 1950, and
WEREAS, the City Clerk of said City ~uly gave notice by
publication, posting md mailing in the time and reamer provided
by law, of the filing of said assessment and of the time ~d place
set for ~aring thereon, which time ~d place were fixed in said
notices as the 14th day of May, 1951, at the ho~ of ei~t-o,clock
P. M., in the Council Chubera-of the City Hall, Bakersfield,
C~ifornia, and
~REAS, the said City Comncil has receive5 evidence oral
~d doc~entary concerning s~d assassent ~d the proper com-
pletion of the work and improvement for which the s~e is issued,
NOW, TELFOE, BE IT RESOL~ by the Council of the City
of B~ersfield that the said assessment ~d the diagr~ and warrant
attached thereto, the proceedings leading up to the s~e ~d all
acts ~d deterSnations of all officers of the City of B~ersfield
in relation thereto, be and the s~e are hereby ratified ~d con-
fimed and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered to
deliver said warr~t, assessment ~d diagr~ to ~'~ILLI~ H. SCH~LOCK &
GLAELE PL~IBIhvG. COMP~3~Y, the contractors, forthwith upon the
payment by them of the inciden~:al expenses due thereon.

'I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted· by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 14th day of May, 1951, by the follow-
ing vote:
