A RESOLUTION ABANDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS
FOR'PROPOSED I~.PROV~MENTS IN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 685.
BE IT 'RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council of the' City of Bakersfield hale hereto-
fore initiated proceedings for 'improvements in Public Improvement
District No. 685; and
WHEREAS, an error has been discovered in the description
of the work proposed to be done and improvement to be made; and
WHEREAS, the Council :~Of the City of Bakersfield finds that
it is necessary to abandon all' proceedings under Public Improvement
District N0. 685,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ;IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield: That all proceedings heretofore had 'and. taken in
the matter of the proposed improvements in Public Improvement
District No. 685 in the City of Bakersfield, be and every one thereof
is hereby repealed, vacated, set aside, annulled and abandoned.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of .April, 1951, by the following
