RESOLUTION RE~QUIRING TEE CITY ENGINEER TO
FURNISH TEE COUNCIL WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS, TOGETHER WITH CAREFUL ESTIMATES OF
COSTS AND EXPENSES OF WORK IN THE ~LATTER OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT .DISTRICT NO. 685.
BE IT RESOLVE by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, that the City Engineer be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and furnish
to this Council, plans and specifications, together with careful
estimates of the costs and expenses of work in connection with
the construction of sanitary sewers in Public Improvement District
No. 685.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of April, 1951,'
