RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
IN THE MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 683.
WEEAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, has this day presented to
and filed with, the Clerk of the Council of the City of Bakers-
field, an assessment diagram covering and showing the real
property described in Resolution of Intention No. 683, adopted
by the City 0ouncil of said city on the 26th day of December,
1950, and said assessment diagram appearing to be in all respects
correct m d proper and in full conformity with the provisions
of Sections 5341 and 5342 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California.
· NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED by the City Council that said
assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set forth, be and the
ssam is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify the fact and date of this approval, and immediately there-
after deliver the said assessment diagram to the Superintendent
of Streets, who shall proceed to prepare and file an assessment
in the time, form and manner provided by law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Coumcil of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 2nd day of April, 1951, by the following vote:
