A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
SUMS FROM .AMOUNTS IN THE GE~PJ~L FUND
NOT PREVIOUSLY .ALLOCATED FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1950, .AND MAKING TRANSFERS OF FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follo~vs:
1. ~hat.there is hereby appropriated and allocated from
amounts in the general fund not previously allocated for the fiscal
year 19~0, to the below-listed funds, the additional amounts herein-
after specified:
22-050 Recreation Commission-Administration
of office ............ ............... . ...~1800.00
81-610 City Engineer-Equipment Maintenance
Division . .. .... .. .................. . .... 7000.00
89 Cash Basis Fund ... ................... .... 1251.35
25-412 Fire Department-Capital Outlay ... ..... ~60,6~5.00
2. That the sum of $4,835.42 is hereby transferred from
amounts remaining unexpended in Fund 84-465, Police Department-Auto-
motive Equipment Replacement, to Fund 82-612, City Engineer, Purchase
of Mobile Equipment.
3. That the sum of $60,655.00 is hereby transferred from
amounts remaining unexpended in Fund 25-412, Fire Department-Capital
Outlay to Fund 89, Cash Basis Fund.-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain Resolution passed
and adopted by this Council on the 29th day of August, 1949, entitled
".A Resolution Making ~ppropriations for the Government of the City
of Bakersfield for the Fiscal Year Beginning July l, 1949, and Ending
June 30~ 19~0, and Providing for Necessary .Adjustments and Transfers
of Appropriations Within the Budget," be and the same is hereby amended
to reflect the above transfers.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regu-
lar meeting thereof held on the 26th day of June, 19~0, by the
following vote:
