RESOLUTION TERMINATING APPOINTEE OF
HARRY J. REDFERN TO PERFORM THE DUTIES
OF STREET SUPERINTEI~DENT IN THE MATTER
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMEI~ DISTRICT N0.67~.
P~IEREAS, the Council by resolution adopted April 17, 19~0,
appointed Harry J. Redfern to perform the duties imposed on the
Street Superintendent by the "Improvement .Act of 1911", and the
"Improvement Bond Act of 191~" in the matter of Public Improvement
District No. 67%, such appointment being necessary by reason of the
extended absence of J. Holfelder, Superintendent of Streets of the
City of Bakersfield, and
V~F_P~AS, Jo Holfelder has returned to the City, and has resumed
his duties as Superintendent of Streets oflthe City of Bakersfield.
NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appointment of Harry J.
Redfern to perform the duties of Street Superintendent in the afore-
mentioned matter be and the same is hereby terminated, and J. Holfelder
Superintendent of Streets be and he is hereby directed to act in
that capacity in completing the proceedings in said matter.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 19th day of June, 1950, by the following vote:
Ayes: Carnakis, Cross, Kuehn, Morelock, Shurley, Siemon, Vanderlei
Noes: None
