RESOLUTION TERMINATING .APPOINTRENT OF
HARRY J. REDFERN TO PERFORM THE DUTIES
OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT IN THE MATTER
OF FJBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 678.
WHER~S, the Council by resolution adopted AprillT, 19~0,
appointed Harry J. Redfern to perform the duties imposed on the
Street Superintendent by the "Improvement Act of 1911" in the
matter of Public Improvement District No. 678, such appointment
being necessary by reason of the extended absence of J. Holfelder~
Superintendent of Streets of the City of Bakersfield, and
WHEREAS, J. Holfelder has returned to the City, and has re-
sumed his duties as Superintendent of Streets of the City of Bakers-
field.
NOW, THEEFOE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appointment of Harry J.
Redfern to perform the duties of Street Superintendent in the afore-
mentioned matter be and the same is hereby terminated, and J. Holfelder
Superintendent of Streets be and he is hereby directed to act in that
capacity in completing the proceedings in said matter.
I ~BY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 19th day of June, 19~0, by the following vote:
Ayes: Carnakis, Cross, Kuehn, Morelock, Shurley, Siemon, Vanderlei
