ERAL ST~_TE PRIY~ARY ELECTION TO BE HELD
JU~ 6, 1950.
V~EREAS, this Council has adopted Ordinance
No. 8~4 N.S. calling a special election in the City of
Bakersfield for t]~e ourDose of submitting to the voters
of said city a proposition to incur bonded indebtedness
by said city for a certain municipal improvement, and
said election kas, by said ordinance, been ordered con-
solidated with the state direct primary election to be
held June 6, 1950.
NO~'~/, TZ~ERZ,]FORE, the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, California, DOES FEREBY RESOLVE, DETERI,~iINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of Supervisors of
Kern County be, snd it is hereby, requested to order such
consolidation ~_n accordance ~..vith the provisions of s aid
Ordinance No. 8V4 N .~ ..
Section 2,. That the Clerk of the Council is
hereby directed to transmit to the Clerk of said Board
of Supervisors s. certified copy of this resolution and
a certified copy of said Ordinance No. 8~4 N,S.
