WHEREAS, the Kern County Planning Commission has prepared
a map showing suggested enumeration districts for the coming
19~0 census, and
WN~.REAS, said map has been presented to this Council for
approval, by the-Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce.
NOW, THEREFOE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, that the census tract map showing suggested enumera-
tion districts for the 1950 census as prepared by the Kern County
Planning Commission, be and the same is hereby approved.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of October, 1949, by the follow-
ing vote:
