A RESOLUTION CREATING A NEW FUND FOR
ACCOUNTS PAY. ABLE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1949, AND TRANSFERRING
TEET0 CERTAIN .AMOUNTS RE~AINING IN
OTHER FUNDS FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the sum of $74,726.95 is hereby transferred to a new
fund, which is hereby created, said fund to be known and designated
as "09, Cash for June 30, 1949 .Accounts Payable." Said sum of
$74,726.95 is hereby transferred from the below-designated funds.
in the amou~ts specified:
General Fund
Park Fund
Recreation Fund
Refuse Collection and Disposal Fund
Capital Outlay Fund
Traffic Safety Fund
-Motor Vehicle License Fee Fund
Highway Users' Tax Fund
Equipment Naintenance and Rental Fund
Equipment Replacement Fund
Stores Fund

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all accounts payable for
obligations incurred during the fiscai year ending June 30, 1949,
be paid from moneys in the aforementioned fund.
I HEREHY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of ,kugust, 1949,
by the following vote:
