A RESOLUTION APPRO PRI.ATING AN .ADDITIONAL
SUM 0F$4,000.00 TO THE CITY ~LANAGER'S CON-
TINGENCY FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
· FIELD, as follows:
That there is hereby appropriated and allocated from
amounts in the general fund not previously allocated, to Fund
ll-106, City Manager-Contingencies, the additional sum of $4,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that that certain resolution
passed and adopted by this Council the BOth day of .August, 1948,
entitled"A Resolution Making .AppropriatiOns for the Government
of the City of Bakersfield for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1,
1948 and Ending June 30, 1949" be amended accordingly.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was .
