HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 18-49 RESOLUTION NO. 18-49 .A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHI~jG ~I~D DETEF~,2Ii~i~G CORRECTION F&CTOR TO DETE~YII~ TRUE VALUE OF L Ai~DS V~ITHIN T~ CITY OF B~RSFIELD. ~'~AREAS, the Council of the Cit~ of Bakersfield desires to use the taxation rolls of said city as a basis for computing the true value of the lands in said city as provided in the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and EaJority Protest .&ct of 1931, being Division 4 of the Streets and Highvmys Code of the State of California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D BY TiE COU~CIL OF Ti~ CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, as follows: That the total assessed valuation for city purposes of all taxable lands in the city as the same is shov~n upon the last equalized taxation assessment roll of. said city is ~16,817,GO5.00. That the corresponding total assessed valuation of the lands in the city for county purposes as the same is sho~vn upon the last equalized taxation assessment roll of the county, in ~hich said city is situated, is $11,4~0~240.O0. That 1.46 shall+ represent said correction factor and that said 1.46 is hereby determined to be the correction factor in accordance with the provisions of said act. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution v~as passed and adopted by the Council of ths City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of LYay, 19~,-9, by the following vote~ ~Lariaa S.
