BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF B~ICERS-
FI--~D~ ~hat there is hereby created a special subdivision of the
General Fund in the City Treasury of the City of Bakersfie!d~ to
be kno~n and designated as General Fund-,,~musement Tax~ said special
subdivision to include all moneys heretofore and hereafter co!lected
by the City of Bakersfield under and by virtue of the provisions of
Ordinance No. 7~ ['~e~.v Series.
BE IT i,~URTHER RE~OLVED that all moneys collected under the
provisions of said Ordinance No. 7~ New Series of the City of
Bakersfield be included in said special subdivision and reported
as General Fund-Amusement Tax~ in all reports of the City.

I HEREBY CERTIE that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 2~th day of .&pril~ 1949~ by the follow-
