RESOLUTI0 N GRANTING ADJUS T},TEi~FE OF
DISTRICT BOU~,PDARIES IN BLOCK 5 OF
THE KRUSE TRACT.
P~EREAS, J. N. Harvey has made application to the Planning
Commission of the .City of Bakersfield for an adjustment of the
district boundaries from an R-4 (General Nultiple Residential) Dis-
trict to a C-2 (General Commercial) District of that certain property
located in Block 5 of the Kruse Tract, which property is more particu-
larly described in the Certificate of Findings of Fact of said Plan-
ning Commission dated.April ll, 1949, on file in the office of the
City Clerk, a~d
WHEHEAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield,
has held a public hearing on said application after notice as pre-
scribed by Zoning Ordinance No. 501 New Series of the City of Bakers-
field, and, after due consideration, has recommended the granting
of said adjustment.
NOW, TEEFOE , BE IT RESOLVE BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, that said application of J. N. Harvey for an ad'justment
be granted subject to the conditions contained in the Certificate
of Findings of Fact of the Planning ~Commission, dated .April ll, 1949,
on file' in the office of the City Clerk.

I HEREBY CERTI~FY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
