A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE ACQUISI-
TION AND CONSTRUCTION OF .AN APPROVED
"CLASS B"~ FIRE .ALARM SYSTEM IN THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
NO. 16-46
BE IT RESOLVED AND DETERMINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD that the public interest and necessity demand the
acquisition, construction and completion of a municipal ~mprovement,
to wit:
The acquisition and construction of an approved"Class B"Flre
Alarm System, the estimated cost of said municipal improvement to
be expended by the City of Bakersfield being in the sum of Two Hundred
Twenty-five Thousand ($225,000.00) Dollars.
BE IT FORTPIER RESOLVED, that the cost of said public improvement
will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual' income and
revenue of the City of Bakersfield, and it will be necessary to incur
a bonded indebtedness for the purpose set forth in this resolution.
I RER~YRy CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 5th day of .August, 1946, by the following vote:
