A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE STREET
SUPERINTENDE~.~ TO PROCEED WITH
THE WORK OF ABATING A NUISANCE°
WHEREAS'~ a public nuisance is declared to exist on certain
property within the City of Bakersfield by reason of the fact that
certain trees and shrubs on the property of Matt Delanty~ 2605 H
Street~ Bakersfield~ California~ are infested or infected with
parasites or insect pests as set forth in Ordinance No, 537 New Series~
and
~EREAS~ in compliance with said Ordinance Noo 537 New Series~
notice has been given to the owner of said property to exterminate
said parasites or insect pests without delay~ and
WHEREAS~ it is found that said nuisance exists and has not
been abated;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
B.AKERSFIELD~ that the Superintendent of Streets is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed with the work of abating said nuisance
pursuant to the provisions of 0rdinance No o 537 New Series,

I .HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield~ at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 5th day of .August, 1946~ by the following vote:
