A RESOLUTION OHDERING .& WRITTEN REPORT
IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF
LANDS FOR STREET PURPOSES .AROUND THE
KERN COUNTY UNION HIGH SCHOOL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAIGRSFIELD~
as follows:
That the City Engineer is. hereby ordered and directed to
prepar% or cause to be prepared, a written report pursuant to
Sections 2820 to 2830 inclusive, Of the Streets and Highway Code
of the State of California, as amended, for the acquisition of
land for street purposes as set forth and described in Resolution
No. q I ~ and as particularly shown and. indicated on Plat consisting
of 1 sheets heretofore approved by the City Council on the 27th
day of I~,iay, 1946, and on file in the office of the City Clerk of
said City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the.foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the lOth day of June, 19~6~ by the followi-~
