RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ~=i;~,~lh~=i~L~ ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
~O~NDUM OF AGRE~[T FOR E~DITURE OF
1/~ OENT GAS T~ ~LOOATED FOR ST~ETS OF ~OR I~ORT~CE
to be entered into with the State of California in accord-
a~ce with a project statement for expe~dit~e of the 1/4
cent gas tax for the fiscal year ~9F~4 allocated for
streets of major importance o~her than State highways in
the City of ,.~.~-x'~:~'i,~.i~ ; and
~ER~B, the city council has heard read said a~ee-
ment in full and is f~iliar wi~h the content~ ~hereof;
THE~OE, be it resolved by ~he city council of the
City of ~:~:~.<::.~'~fi~i(:~ that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the burst of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/4 cent gas ~ax allocated for etree~.s
of mJor importance other than B~a~e highways, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor
and ~he city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of ~aid City, 'said agreement ~o be binding upon the Oity
upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
