RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
.. ~ ...... APPROVIN~jMEMORANDUM OF AeREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the 8tare of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
a.~memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project
statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the
1/~ cent gas tax for the =~..~ ~-,,. biennium allocated for
8tare highways in the City of ?. ~.. ; and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of .... .i~!~==~=.. that said agreement for ex-
penditure of the 1/~ cent gas tax allocated for State high-
ways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City.
