RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0P THE
CITY 0F ~ ~I ,- APPROVIN~'-MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT 6AS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATF, HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the 8tare of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
a, memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project
statement submitted by 'the City for expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tax for the ,: ~ biennium allocated for
State highways in the City of .~. ,,'' .~, .; and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of ~: ~:e..~=;7,L~F~ i that said agreement for ex-
penditure of the 1/~ cent gas tax allocated for State high-
ways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City.
