HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 10-41RESOLUTION NO. 10-41 WHEREAS, the Medical Laboratory has made an analysis of the water in the Mill Pond and has found and reported positive tests for coli-aerogenes bacteria which indicates either sewer- age, septic tank or out-house discharge into ditches feeding and upstream from the ~ill Pond; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Health Officer be instructed to investigate the source of such contamination, and take the necessary steps to prevent such discharge into the canals feeding the Ni]_l Pond, and report his-findings and action taken thereon at the next meeting of the Council. o0o .......
