RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF B~::j~,>'J~IFIi, LD ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
1/4 CENT GA~ T~ ~LO~ATED FOR STEET~ OF ~OR I~ORT~CE
~~S, a/memorand~ of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of California in accord-
ance with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4
cent gas tax for the fiscal year ~LL~[~ allocated for
street~ of ~aJor importance other than State highways in
the City of ~a~ie~[1.~l~i ; and
MER~$, the city council has heard read said agree-
men~ in full and is f~iliar wi~h the contents ~hereof;
THEEOE, be it resolved by ~he city council of the
City of ~j~s~k~l~fteld that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the bu~et of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/~ cent gas ~ax allocated for streets
of ~Jor importance other than S~a~e highways, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor
and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City
upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
