RESOLUTION OF THE CI,TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF B~K~?~F!~ A~DOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
M~F.~ORANDUM OF AGRE~T'FOR E~DI~RE OF
1/~ CENT GAS T~ ~LOOATED FOR STEETS OF ~OR I~ORT~CE
M~S, a/memorand~ of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of 0alifornia in accord-
ance wi~h a project statement for expendit~e of the 1/4
cent gas tax for the fiscal year i~?~D allocated for
streets of major importance other than State highways in
the City of j~e~ft~ ; and
~ER~8, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is f~iliar with the contents thereof;
THEEOE, be it resolved by ~he city council of the
City of D~e?~f!e~ that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the bu~et of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/~ cent gas ~ax allocated for streets
of mJor importance other than State highways, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor
and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the Oity
upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
