BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that a protest be made to the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Kern, and to the State Board of Health, protesting the
construction of a sewage treatment plant for the North of the
River Sanitary District Number One at the proposed location
thereof, and that Dr. P. J. Cuneo, Health Officer of the City
of Bakersfield, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said
protest and cause the same to be duly filed and presented.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at
a regular meeting thereof held on the~ day of January, 1940,
by the following vote:
