V~EREAS5 a petition has heretofore been filed by Irene
Roux before the Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield
praying for. the issuance of a Special Building and Occupancy Permit
upon property more particularly hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS~ said petition has been duly and regularly heard
and noticed~ and. acted upon by said Planning Conmission in form and
manner prescribed by Ordinance NUmber %01 New Series of the City of
Bakersfield~ known and designated. as the Zoning 0rdinance~ and
Vfi4EREAS5 said Planning Commission has made written find-
ings of fact recommending the granting of said permit;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Building Inspector
of the City of Bakersfiel6 be~ and he is hereby duly authorized and
empowered and directed to issue for tile benefit of Irene Roux a
Building and Occupancy Permit for a building to be used for a two-
family dwelling and for a place for the treatment of human ailments
by hydro-therapy5 electric therea:py~ and other treatments~ said
builSing to be constructed on the easterly sixty (60) feet of Lot
75 Block 2895 City of Bakersfield~ County of Kern~ State of California,

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
