A RESOLUTION REQUESTING EXTENSION OF DOCt~T
TII![E UNDER PJ~J.A. DOCKET: CALtE. 1892-F
YH-EE. REAS, the immediate preservation.of the public peace,
property, safety, health and welfare of the inhabitants of the
City of Bakersfield require the passage of a resolution to petition
the Public V.~orks A&ministration of the Federal V, forks Agency to ex-
tend the docket time under P. W. A. Docket No. Calif. 189B-F for a
period of four (~) calendar months beginning November 1, 1989, said
extension being re~-ired to complete additional work at the Sewage
Treatment Plant made possible by an smendatory grant from the P..W.A.
for additional construction;
NG~[, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAI~RSFELD, as follows:
That the City of Bakersfield request and hereby so
quests an extension of Docket time in the mount of four (~)
calendar months beginning November'l, 19S9~ under P. W. A. Docket:
Calif. 1892-F.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage and approval.

I EREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Emergency Resolution
was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
