AND'WHEP~EAS, a resolution setting forth such changes
is required by the regulations of .'the Federal Emergency Admini-
stration of Public Works,
: NOW, THEREFORE, BE~IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, AS follows:
· 1. That Item Nos. I to. 4. listed on Change Order No. 8
totaling in cost the mount of Three Thousend Six Hundred Forty
Three Dollars rand Ninety One Cents ($3,848.91)' be provided for
from funds available in the construction account of Docket No.
Calif, 1892-F to be used for such purpose.
.AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Baits-
field request, and hereby so requests the approval of the Federal.
Administration of Public Works Authority to make .such expenditures
for the*items-and purposes mentioned in said Change ·Order-No. 8
of P. W. A~ Docket ,No. Calif. 1892-F.
This resolution shall tal~e effect from and after its
passage and approval.
