BE SET ASIDE F~H F~S AVAILABLE IN TE CONS~UCTION ACC0~T
OF P.~.A. DOCKET NO. C~IF. 1892-F~
V,_~.iEREA~, the immediate preservatiou of the, public peace,
property, safety and welfare of the imhabitsnts of the City of
Bakersfield require the passage of an emergency resolution pro-
viding that certain chmnges, as sho,,~n on Change Order
Contract No. S, be made in the Construction account of P.
Docket No. Calif. 1892-F,
AND WHEREAS, certain changes in items in Contract No.
Sewage Treatment Plant, P. W. A. Docket No. Calif. 1892-F, are
in the opinion of the City of .Bsj~ersfield both desireable and
essential,

is required by. the regulations of the Federal Emergency Admini-
stration of Public Works,
N(~3I, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CODlvCIL OF T_W..E
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, as follows:
1. That certain items listed as Ncs. ! to S inclusive,
on Change Order No. 9 totaling in Cost the smotmt of Two Hundred
Fifty Two Dollars and Forty Seven Cents ($252.47) be provided
for from funds available in the construction account of Docket
No. Calif. 1892-F to be used for such purpose.
AND BE IT FURZIER Rj~SOL~ED that the City of Bakers-
field request, and hereby so requests the approval of the
Federal Administration of Public V~orks Authority 'to make such
expenditures for 'the items and purposes mentioned- in said
Change Order No.. 9 of P. W. A. Docket No. Cslif. 1892-F.
This resolution shall t~e effect from and after its
pass age and. approval.
