CERTAIN I'l'~i~S LISTED ON. CHANGE ORDER
~5 BE SET ASIDE FR0~ FUNDS AVAILABLE
IN Th]E CONSTRUCTION ACCOUI~T OF DOCET
NO. 'C~LIF. 2036-F.
nW~EBEAS, the ~mmediate preservation of the public peace, property,
safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City of Bakersfield require the
passage of an emergency resolution providing that certain items listed'on
CHange ·Order #5 be set aside from funds available in the construction account
of P.W.A. Docket No. Calif. 2036-F' ; '
AND V~EREAS certain items listed in Change Order ~5 in the Central
Fire Station P.W.A. Docket No. Calif. 2036-F are in the opinion of the o~rner
both desirable and essential,
AND ~7~EREAS a resolution setting forth su'ch requirements is required
by the regulations of the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Lbrks,
.NOW, TEEFOE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, as follows:
That certain items listed as i and 2, on Change Order #5, totaling in
cost the amount of one hundred and forte-eight dollars and ninety-three cents
($1~8.9B), be set aside from funds available in the construction account of Docket
No. Calif. 20B6-F to be .used for such purpose.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the owner request and does hereby so.
request the approval of the Federal Admin±stration of Public. ~jorks Authority to
make such expenditure for the items and purpose mentioned' in Change Order ~ ~of
of P.W.A. Docket No. Calif. 2036-F.
This resolution shall take effec't from and after its passage and approval.
