WHETS, the City Council has heard read said Agree-
men~ in full and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THROE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of L~a~er~ft,~Id that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the bu~et of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/4 cen~ gas tax allocated for Streets
of Major Importance other than S~ate highways, and said
Agreement be and the s~e is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City, said Agreement ~o be binding upon the City upon
its execution by ~he authorized officials of the State.
