WHEREAS the Council of the City of Bakersfield believes
that the passage of Senate Bill No. lll5 would be advantageous
to the stock raisers and agriculturists of Kern County, and
therefore advantageous to the City of Bakersfield,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEI) that we favor the passage
of Senate Bill No. lllS,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk send a
certified copy to J. I. Wagy, State Senator, and to Rodney Turner,
Assemblyman, and request that they support said bill.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the3~ day of April, 1939, by the follow-
ing vote:
