WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient for the 0ity of
Bakersfield to employ a Consulting Sanitary Engineer in connection
with the work on the sewage disposal plant at the City Sewer Farm
to consult with city officials with reference to said sewage dis-
posal system and incidental matters pertainLug to the generel
health conditions in the City of B~ersfie1~.
