ATTEST:
WHEREAS, a petition has heretofore been filed by
Caledonia Building Association before the Planning Commission
of the City of Bakersfield, praying for the issuance of a
Special Building and Occupancy Permit upon property more
particularly hereafter described; and
WHEREAS, said petition has been duly and regularly
heard and noticed, and acted upon. by said Planning Commission
in form and manner prescribed by Ordinance Number 501 New Series
of the City of Bakersfield, known and designated as the Zoning
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has made written
findings of fact recommending the. granting of said Permit;
NOW, THEEFOE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Building
Inspector of the City of Bakersfield be, and he is hereby duly
authorized and empowered and directed to issue for the benefit
of Caledonia Building Association a building and occupancy permit
for a building to be used for lodge purposes, to be constructed
on Lots 23 and 24 in Block 63 of Bernard Addition and Lots 25
and 26 in Block 63 of Bernard Addition,. a portion of said Lots 25
and 26 being also in Block 155 of the Town of Kern, formerly Sumner.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at
a regular meeting thereof held on the/...~~ay of December,
