WHEREAS, a petition has heretofore been filed by
Catherine Ann Sill, before the Planning Commission of the
City of Bakersfield, praying for the issuance of a Special
Building and Occupancy Permit upon property more particularly
hereafter described; and
V~qEREAS, said petition has been duly and regularly
heard and noticed, and acted upon by said Planning Commission
in form and manner prescribed by Ordinance Number 501 New
Series of the City of Bakersfield, known and designated as the
Zoning Ordinance; and
V~EREAS, said Planning Commission has made written
findings of fact recommending the granting of said Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Building
Inspector of the City of Bakersfield be, and he is
hereby duly authorized and empowered and directed to
issue for the benefit of Catherine Ann Sill a building
and occupancy permit for a combination residence-clinic
to be constructed on Lots i and 2 and the East 1V feet
of Lot 3 in Block 4~5-A of the City of Bakersfield,
according to that certain map dated Narch 10, 1904,
entitled Sales Map of the Kern County Land Company
showing subdivisions of its addition to the City of
Bakersfield, Kern County, California, which said map
was filed in the office of the County Recorder of
said Kern County on April 19, 1904.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at
a regular meeting thereof held on the/~~ay of~~~~,
1938, by the following vote:
City Clerk and Ex-0fficio Clerk of the
Council of the City of Bakersfield.
