CITY OF B.~,~]RB~D' ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
~O~NDUM 0F AGEEENT FOR ~~~ 0F
1/4 'CENT GAS T~ ALLOCATED FOR STREETS 0F ~JOR IMPORTANCE
~EAS, a memorand~ of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of California in accord-
ance with a project statement for ~1~..~ of the ~/4
cent gas tax for the fiscal year l~3~ allocated for S~reets
of Major Importance other than State highways-in the City
of ~keP.~le~ , and ~
WHEREAS, the City CounC:il has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City or B~A~mraft~!~
that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the budget ~~~Wj~':t~
~~ of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for Streets
of Major Importance other than State higt~vays, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon
its execution by the authori~zed officials of the State.
